take the train to Schwyz (1hr) and ride the Stoosbahn (the world's steepest funicular) up to the car-free village of Stoos
Walk 15 minutes through the village to the Klingenstock chairlift and ride it to the trailhead.
The Hike: Hike the ridge line over the Huser Stock. This section involves numerous ups and downs, stairs, and secure chain railings.
The Reward: End your hike at Fronalpstock, which features panoramic viewing platforms, a playground, and a mountain restaurant.
The Descent: Take the Fronalpstock chairlift back down to Stoos village, then ride the funicular back to your starting point.
