[+] explore Dotonburi area and Shinsaibashi shopping street
[+] Osaka castle
[+] Visit Kuromon Market, tsutenkaku tower (panoramic city view)
[+] Round1 Stadium Namba
Day 2 (17th):
[+] shitennoji temple to see shrines and 5 story pagoda
[+] Osaka Aquarium
[+] Denden Town - anime town
Day 3 (18th):
- universal studios - don’t go

Day 4 (19th):
- train Namba station to Kyoto (morning)

Day 0 (19th):
[+] arrive from Osaka and drop bags at luggage storage in Kyoto train station 700Y
[+] visit Daijo-Ji temple + Bentendo Temples via subway
[+] visit Keage incline and Nanzen-Ji temple on way back to Kyoto station
[+] go to Hotel via JR west line leaving platform 32-33
Day 1 (20th):
[+] go to Arashiyama bamboo forest at 6am to beat crowd, can also visit Adashino Nenbutauji Temple for a quieter bamboo forest - doesn’t open until 9am !
[+] drop bags at Kyoto station 700Y then catch 205 bus to Kinkaku-Ji (Golden Temple) - 40 mins
[+] return to Kyoto station and head to new hotel

Day 2 (20th):
[+] arrive to new accommodation in midday / afternoon after morning temples
[+] visit Yasaka pagoda and surrounding streets in afternoon
Day 3 (21st):
[+] wake 5-6am to photograph Hokan-Ji (5-layer pagoda)
[+] explore downtown via 207 bus, see Nishiki market. On way back stop by Kiyamachi Dori street for nightlife
[+] explore Gion district
Day 4 (22nd):
[+] wake early 5-6am to visit Fushimi Inari Shrine (Red Tori gates and hill hike)
[+] lunch, relax, nothing planned - massages, round1, street photography
Day 5 (23rd):
[+] wake early and visit Kiyomizu-dera temple at 6am
[+] catch JR Nara line to Nara and lock luggage up at Nara station before exploring Nara park and surrounding temples
- check in to hotel in afternoon

Day 0 (23rd):
[+] arrive from Kyoto (30 min trip) and check in to hotel
[+] explore Nara park in afternoon +/- temples
Day 1 (24th):
[+] wake and visit temples in morning, get breakfast and then head back to Kyoto station to catch Bullet train to Tokyo - check out before 10am, catch train back to Kyoto from 9:30am
- sit on left side to see Mount Fuji —> 12 pm

- visit anime district —> Akihabara and imperial palace same day

[+] arrive from Nara, explore Shinjuku (cat sign + Godzilla)
[+] visit Dog Cafe
[+] night street photography - Omoide Yokocho & Shiinamachi station
Day 1 (25th):
- Shibuya crossing at daytime and night - Magnet / Shibuya sky for view
[+] fujifilm square and Tokyo tower

- fly to from Tokyo to Kansai airport at 15:20
- fly to Australia night of 29th —> arrive morning of 30th and fly back to Newcastle in afternoon
